"I had a wonderful stay highlighted by a good location & views, excellent service from front desk & restaurant personnel. Minor gripes with the room being: - please thoroughly clean/steam the carpets as they are dirty - please vacuum room thoroughly especially near and under bed as there were debris and crumbs lying about Other than that, things were lovely and I would return."

"The environment is great. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only negatives for me are, the air conditioning at times does not cool sufficiently enough, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool beverages sufficiently enough."

"What an amazing place. One of the best service experience I’ve received Nigeria. The cleanest hotel in Nigeria. The staff were just exceptionally professional, I can’t fault anything here. The only thing I can say is probably not within the control of the hotel as it’s very common in Nigeria. If they can find a way round the one minute power switch over from generators. That will be great. All in all, I will use again and again. "

"Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner."

"My experience in Melbrooke park hotel was good, up on arrival l i was upgraded to executive room which was a nice gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, though in my opinion the prices of the meal from the restaurant was a little high. "
